Um… it’s weird. It’s weird ‘cause I took this photograph. This is my photograph being blogged and reblogged over the internets. And that makes me feel kinda good. But, on the other hand… don’t I, um, deserve some credit? No? Anyone? I realize this links back through my flickr… but some mention of my name might be nice. No? Yeah. I dunno.
Hi. I’m Jasmine, and I took this. Thanks.
Hey, look, that was my fault and I’m really sorry. I’ll add your name to it, or if you’d prefer I can delete the post altogether.
I didn’t mean to cause any upset and I’m truly sorry that I offended you.
Look what happens when I open my big mouth.
Becky: No worries! I am new to Tumblr, and I actually did not realize that this post would reach back through the system this way. I was just in a grumpy mood… and it’s silly—you DO link back to my Flickr, where I am sure folks can source my name. I guess I just get freaked out that someone will steal my photographs and sue them for their own questionable purposes or gain, when I see this much activity on one. But it’s all good. In fact, thank you for enjoying this photograph. I very much appreciate it. You’re driving traffic to my work, and I am sure that is a good thing. I apologize—I really didn’t mean to make you feel awkward. Blog my photographs anytime.
Public Apology!
Joy! For all those of us, who have been cast off… this is delight. A 30-minute film that celebrates what ad execs & creative professionals do with their lives after layoffs. Yay!
We stood in line to watch the season finale taping of So You Think You Can Dance yesterday. I felt a little dirty after all the hollywood manhandling.
It’s after lunch, the sun’s punching its way through the clouds, and I think it’s time we declared this weekend underway.
I’m systematically going through my image archives, where I’ve saved a myriad of inspiration. I haven’t the foggiest notion as to where I found these image, but I want to live inside them. I want my whole world to be wrapped in trees. Plus the one on the right is extra-nifty due to its make-up.
I made this mood board for my living room decorating inspiration.
I have to say… I’m pretty pleased with the results of my labour.
